charming stay
friendly staff free minibar lovely garden
the staff was friendly and helpful. my room, a cosy double, had a free minibar. i found the garden was lovely, i enjoyed a visit. it was great.
i noticed stair carpets needed a clean. there was many stains. paint work need touch-ups in more than a few places. it was not great.

convenient access charming park really good staff
The location offered convenient access to nearby shopping areas. The room had windows facing a charming private park. It was quiet, even during the daytime. The staff displayed really good professionalism and generosity throughout my visit.
The absence of functional air conditioning caused discomfort . I found the sleep quality was compromised as a result.

decent stay with some drawbacks
helpful staff serene gardens stained carpets extra charge
the staff was helpful in giving directions to nearby attractions. the gardens provided a serene atmosphere, even though it was centrally located.
The carpets in the stairwell had some visible stains. the hotel charged extra for basic tea during the complimentary breakfast. This felt odd.
